The problem

The office order for three dozen should not start with a phone call at 6 AM.

Big orders, no warning

Someone walks in at 7:15 wanting four dozen, and the case is empty for everyone behind them.

Mixed dozens by phone

Six glazed, two chocolate, one jelly, and a guess. Mixed boxes taken over the phone go wrong.

Empty trays by 10 AM

Once the Boston creams are gone, people keep trying to order them.

The fix

Menuline gives your donut shop its own website with paid pre-orders. Customers pick their flavors, choose a pickup time for tomorrow morning and pay upfront. You box it before they arrive, and you pay 0% commission.

How it works

From fryer to office meeting

  1. 1

    Ordered the night before

Two assorted dozens, a dozen glazed and six coffees, for pickup tomorrow at 7:30.

  2. 2

    Boxed before they arrive

The order waits in your Scheduled tab and prints at the counter, so the boxes are packed early.

  3. 3

    Pickup takes seconds

It was paid online, so they grab the boxes and go. They join your customer list for next time.

Questions donut shops ask

Can customers order donuts the night before?

Yes. They choose a pickup time in 15-minute slots within your hours, for tomorrow or up to 8 days ahead, and pay when they order.

Can customers build a mixed dozen?

Yes. Add a flavor group to the dozen and set how many flavors they can pick. Each flavor can be picked once, so a note field handles exact counts like "4 glazed".

Can I require notice for large orders?

Not as a per-item rule today. Customers choose their own pickup time. Every order includes the customer’s phone number, so you can call if a time does not work.

Can customers add coffee to their order?

Yes. List coffee and drinks on the same menu, with sizes and milk options priced the way you price them.
